                              RESOLUTION NO. 18974 
                   
                   
                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ANDREW C. MULLINS 
                   TO USE TEMPORARILY THE RIGHT-OF-WAY IN FRONT 
                   OF HIS DEVELOPMENT AT 724 MARKET STREET, 
                   UPON CERTAIN CONDITIONS.
                   
                   
                                                     
                   
                   
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That Andrew C. Mullins be and is hereby 
       permitted to use temporarily the right-of-way in front of his 
       development at 724 Market Street for the purpose of allowing an 
       outdoor restaurant to place tables with chairs on the sidewalk 
       area.
       	    	 Said temporary usage shall be subject to the conditions 
       as set forth in the Request for Temporary Usage attached hereto 
       and made a part hereof by reference.
